185 King Street is Western North Carolina's premier listening room and social club with a 4,000 square foot indoor facility and a 1/4 acre of outdoor space with a covered patio, horse shoe pits and private courtyard. 185 King Street also features Studio 185, a 1,000 square foot listening room totally isolated from the bar with stage with professional sound/lights and multi-track recording set-up that offers seating for 80 or dancing for 125.

The Asheville Choral Society is celebrating its 34th year of bringing choral masterpieces to Western North Carolina. The ACS presents three concert programs per season with two performances of each program. The makeup of this volunteer, auditioned chorus is quite diverse, with 100 voices from 18 to 80.
