Champion Brewing Company produces their core and seasonal beers on a 30-barrel brewhouse, at a current operating capacity of 15,000 barrels per year. The Tap Room brewery produces constantly changing and innovative seasonals, one-offs, and barrel-aged wild beers. Their 3-barrel brewhouse at the Tap Room is the "little brewery that could" where they have been brewing since day one.
